A small breakfast for founders whose business still runs through them. What is it costing you to be the person everything waits on? Paulene Stark found out the hard way. A critical, unforeseen event brought her business to a standstill and showed her how much of it rested on her alone. Rebuilding it took four to five years. Over breakfast, she'll tell you honestly what it cost, what she changed and what didn't work. For you if: you're a founder with a team, and the business still can't run without you. Not for you if: you work solo, or you're coming to sell. The morning: 15 to 18 founders, breakfast, a fireside conversation, then your questions, written down anonymously. No pitching. When: Friday 13 November 2026, 09:30 to 12:30. Breakfast from 09:30 (buffet closes 10:30 sharp), the conversation starts just after 10:00.
